From a three-point stance midway between two lines 10 yards apart, a player runs 5 yards to his right, touches the ground, runs back, touches the other line and then sprints back to the starting point.
VERTICAL JUMP
Ages 12-13
Players stand flat-footed and then jump as high as they can, touching the highest flag they can reach.
BROAD JUMP
Ages 12-13
Player jumps forward off both feet, landing balanced.
3 CONE DRILL
Ages 12-13
This drill is formed into an L shaped design. Players run forward touching the line in front of them, then runs back to the beginning of the first line. Then makes his way around the cones into an L shape and finishes back to where he started.
